T-shirt designers for Teespring / Gearbubble

I am currently hiring 1 T-shirt designers full-time/part time to design shirts, mugs and necklaces for our Teespring and Gearbubble campaigns.

Requirements:
We need 4-7 designs each day (depending on the complexity)
We would need the PSD/AI and PNG files of the designs.
