Real Estate Assistant Team - No solo free lancers

I am looking to hire a team of Virtual Assistants to work full time for our real estate office in Chicago. I need communication at different hours, different skill sets, and reliability so do not reply if you are an individual. I will hire and provide minimal tasks at first to test the skills of your team. This position will start with Research and Data Entry. Eventually, I will want the following services covered as well:

Research
Content Creation
Email Marketing
Lead Follow Up and Generation
SEO
Wordpress Understanding
Book Keeping

Prior real estate experience with experienced Realtors is a prerequisite.
