Advanced Google Sheets Dashboard Wizard

We're looking for a Google Sheets wiz, who's great at math and deeply understands how to work with AI to come up with advanced formulas! The PERFECT candidate for this doesn't just have "experience working in spreadsheets' but loves them so much they feel like the "live and breathe" spreadsheets :)

In short, if you aren't already comfortable with "Index" "Match" and "Filter" formulas, this position wouldn't be a fit for you. Experience with Google Apps Script is preferred.

We already have a robust remote team that helps us with other tasks in our business, so we're NOT looking for a general "virtual assistant" or help with anything else like marketing, etc. We're just looking for someone who would absolutely love to nerd out on building cool, advanced spreadsheets all day.

This is a long-term role that will likely be part-time, but we have lots of work right now. In the next month or two, we likely have 10-20+ hours per week of available work. Once we get through this initial batch of backlogged projects, it will likely be more like 3-10+ hours per week long-term.

We run a financial coaching company working with small business owners to help them understand their finances. We build highly complex sheets, but it's time for us to find someone to help with building these since we have such a large backlog of projects.

I need someone who's available during at least a few US business hours each workday, comfortable speaking and typing English, and loves building spreadsheets.

This is NOT a data entry role, you'll be responsible for building out advanced dashboard-style financial sheets with guidance directly from our co-founder.

You'll have to be comfortable using chatGPT to build formulas. The ones we use are advanced enough and connect to so many other cells/sheets that it's impossible to build the formulas we use now without it. We'll provide a paid chatGPT account for that along with guidance from our co-founder for how we use it.

We pay through ---------- for a high exchange rate. After an initial trial period together (usually the first month) where we pay weekly after work is done, we actually pay our remote tea ---------- mbers ahead of time at the beginning of the month based on a flat monthly salary so you can have consistency for you and your family.
