YouTube Long-form video editor

Hi! I'm looking for someone to help me with youtube editing but have a certain criteria so please only apply if you fit the majority of these! I make content about life in Japan so the videos will mainly be VLOGS.

my ideal criteria:
- pursuing full time content creation and already has experience editing long form vlogs for creators
- understands youtube algorithm and retention editing
- female or likes watching girly vlogs (examples: urmomashley, mai pham)
- enjoys japan content and knows a bit of japanese
- uses premiere pro and happy to send project time to reduce revisions on small edits
- paid per video or per hour up to them - one video will be 8-10 minutes to start off
- start off with 2 videos per week but eventually would love to do once per week.
