Website Builder & SEO Specialist (Part-Time to Full-Time)

Help us build amazing websites that perform well and support growing businesses.

We’re looking for a skilled Website Builder & SEO Specialist to join our team. You’ll help design, improve, and manage our websites, make them faster, and help us show up better in search results. You will also work on client websites and help us create website templates that we’ll sell.

We already have one main website built, but we’re building more soon. This is a long-term role with room to grow and we’ll offer bonus pay once you’re fully up to speed and are hitting goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Website Building & Maintenance
• Build and manage WordPress websites (Elementor experience required)
• Make sure sites are fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to use
• Fix problems and make improvements without needing a lot of direction
• Design and update the layout and structure of website pages

Design Work
• Use Canva or other tools to improve the look and feel of websites
• Optimize images and graphics so they look great and load quickly
• Create website templates that we can use or sell
• Write simple instructions and record screen share videos to help others install and customize the templates

SEO & Website Performance
• Use keywords and SEO best practices on pages and blog posts
• Improve things like page speed, layout, mobile view, and loading time
• Track performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Implement and optimize the websites using Wordpress plugins and tools

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor
• Good design skills and experience using Canva
• Knows how to optimize images and improve page performance
• Understands SEO (on-page and technical)
• Can work independently, solve problems, and follow directions
• Takes pride in their work and wants to grow long-term with our company
• Knows HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
• Has experience making and selling website templates (not required, but helpful!)
• Can explain how to set up or install a template
• Speaks English well and can communicate clearly
