Job Search & Resume Virtual Assistant Needed – Remote, Long-Term Opportunity

This is a career services business specializing in job applications, resume optimization, and interview preparation. We help clients apply for jobs efficiently and increase their chances of securing interviews.

Seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy virtual assistant who is comfortable working with AI tools, eager to learn, and has a strong eye for detail. You do not need prior experience in job applications, as training will be provided. However, you must be willing to learn and adapt to new technology as we integrate AI into our processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and submit 25+ job applications per day based on client preferences.
- Format and optimize resumes according to ATS-friendly standards.
- Maintain accurate records of job applications using internal tracking tools.
- Follow structured workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding their job search progress (when needed)

Ideal Candidate:
? Highly organized and detail-oriented – You must be able to follow structured processes carefully.
? Tech-savvy and willing to learn AI tools – You will be trained on how we integrate AI into job applications.
? Fast and efficient with research & data entry – This role requires speed and accuracy.
? Strong written communication skills – You will be responsible for sending professional job applications.
? Flexible and reliable – Must be available to work remotely and meet daily or weekly targets.
? Familiarity with job searching & ATS optimization (preferred but not required) – Training will be provided.

Job Details & Compensation:

Payment is task-based, meaning you’ll be compensated per completed job rather than per hour. Payment is $4 and could go higher per task

???? Expected Hours:
20-30 hours per week to start.
Flexible hours, but must meet daily job application quotas.
