Project Manager

Seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in cabling, infrastructure, CAD design, CCTV, and access control to oversee and drive the successful delivery of technical projects. This is a fully remote position requiring a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
* Project Planning & Execution
* Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to cabling, infrastructure, CAD designs, CCTV systems, and access control.
* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Ensure all projects meet technical specifications, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

Team Collaboration & Coordination
* Collaborate with technical teams, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Manage cross-functional teams remotely to deliver quality outcomes within deadlines.
* Facilitate regular project meetings, provide clear communication, and track progress.

Quality Control & Risk Management
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns.
* Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet client standards and industry best practices.
* Document project progress, challenges, and resolutions for future reference.

Client Management & Reporting
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
* Provide regular project status updates and comprehensive reports on milestones and deliverables.
* Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining customer satisfaction and project scope integrity.

Technical Oversight
* Ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of CAD designs and infrastructure plans.
* Oversee the implementation and integration of CCTV and access control systems.
* Stay updated on industry standards and emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:
Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in cabling, infrastructure, CAD design, CCTV, and access control.
* Demonstrated success managing multiple complex technical projects with measurable outcomes.

Skills:
* Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
* Technical proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and CCTV/access control systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge:
* Deep understanding of cabling standards, infrastructure requirements, and system installations.
* Familiarity with CAD design processes and technical drawings.
* Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV surveillance and access control technologies.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
* Experience managing remote technical teams.
* Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements for security systems.
