SMS & Email Campaign Manager

Dispenza is looking for an experienced SMS & Email Campaign Manager to drive customer engagement and maximize marketing performance. If you have a strong background in SendGrid, Klaviyo, Alpine IQ, and other leading SMS management platforms, this is your opportunity to join a fast-growing team in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize SMS & email marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
- Utilize SendGrid, Klaviyo, Alpine IQ, Happy Cabbage, Blackleaf, Leafbuyer, and Springbig to implement targeted, data-driven messaging strategies.
- Segment audiences and conduct A/B testing for improved campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to enhance ROI.
- Ensure compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR regulations.

Requirements:
Proven experience in SMS & email marketing campaign management.
Expertise with SendGrid, Klaviyo, Alpine IQ, Happy Cabbage, Blackleaf, Leafbuyer, and Springbig (must-have).
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, and analytics.
Ability to craft high-converting email and SMS copy.
Knowledge of compliance regulations for SMS & email marketing.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
