Top-Tier Operations Manager with Commercial Cleaning Experience (Start PART-TIME - Grow to FULL-TIME)
Remote – Philippine-based talent only
US Eastern Time (Graveyard Shift)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and experienced Operations Manager with a background in commercial cleaning or janitorial services.

This role will start part-time with the potential to grow into full-time as we acquire new commercial cleaning contracts and scale operations. You will work directly with a US executive to help plan, implement, and manage operational workflows from the ground up — including scheduling, staff coordination, vendor management, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
-Create and manage cleaning staff schedules, ensuring coverage and on-time service delivery.
-Assist in building operational workflows and SOPs for cleaning services.
-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and prospective clients.
-Manage vendor relationships and track supply needs.
-Conduct quality control follow-ups and resolve service issues.
-Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
-Assist with basic business analysis — reviewing operational data to improve efficiency and profitability.
-Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
-Work closely with the US executive on strategic planning and client relationship management.
-Handle confidential and sensitive information with 100% discretion.
-Perform ad-hoc operational tasks as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
-1+ years of experience managing operations in the commercial cleaning/janitorial industry.
-Proficiency in scheduling, quality control, client service, and supply management.
-Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented.
-Problem-solving mindset; resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision.
-Comfortable making outbound calls to US stakeholders.
-Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Technical Requirements:
-Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 or higher (or equivalent) + Windows 10 or newer.
-Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps) — proof required.
-A quiet, private work environment.
-Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Clickup, and scheduling/project management tools is a plus.

Work Schedule:
-Graveyard shift to match US Eastern Time.
-Some schedule flexibility may be needed during urgent project phases.
