Motion Graphic Artist

Join our dynamic creative team based in the Philippines! We're looking for a Motion Graphic Artist with strong design skills to create engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns. This full-time role requires an eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to bring static designs to life through motion graphics.

Important: This role requires full-time availability during New York Time Zone EST (8:00 AM – 6:30 PM), Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate motion graphics for various digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email campaigns, website elements, blog headers, push notifications, and brand assets.
- Develop high-quality static and animated visuals that align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the production manager and copywriter to ensure cohesive and compelling creative output.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fast-paced agency design.
- Strong motion graphic skills (After Effects or Canva).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Canva is a plus).
- Ability to research, storyboard, and create compelling compositions.
- Strong typography skills and attention to design details.
- Must submit a portfolio showcasing motion and static design work.

Daily Tasks:
- Create motion graphics and digital brand assets aligned with client goals and target audiences.
- Work collaboratively with the Production team and Founder to manage timelines and requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions to meet client expectations.
- Ensure all assets meet branding and agency standards before final submission.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
