Key Responsibilities:

Schedule sales appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
Maintain a professional and neutral accent for clear communication with clients.
Follow up with leads via phone,
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment-setting strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a neutral accent.
Strong ability to engage potential clients and build rapport over the phone.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software,
