Virtual Assistant

We're looking for someone that has great written and verbal skills in English as well as great attention to detail. We are a niche business that stores and installs Jeep Wrangler HardTops and SoftTops at vehicle owner’s homes. We have franchisees across the U.S. that have the same business model. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of skills required to run a business.

This is a role that will eventually expand to a variety of tasks including but not limited:
- Answering basic customer questions in our CRM
- Scheduling appointment routes for our trucks
- Monitoring on-site performance
- Entering invoices and expenses into Quickbooks

Must have:
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent at customer service

Hours:
- Must be able to work a healthy chunk of the day in Eastern Time hours, ideally 7AM-3PM Eastern Time
