Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in real estate data research. This role involves reviewing and analyzing property listings across multiple real estate platforms (Zillow, MLS, Redfin, ---------- , and more) to compile a targeted list of potential properties for investment or acquisition.

This is not a lead generation or marketing role—the focus is strictly on data collection, organization, and analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

* Research and analyze property listings on Zillow, Redfin, ---------- , MLS, and other platforms.
* Identify properties that meet specific investment/acquisition criteria (price, location, days on market, seller type, etc.).
* Compile, organize, and maintain data in Google Sheets/Excel.
* Track market trends and identify potential investment opportunities.
* Verify ownership details and property history if required.
* Skip trace or find owner contact details (if applicable).
* Provide summary reports on research findings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Experience in real estate data research, property analysis, or a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large volumes of property data.
* Familiarity with Zillow, Redfin, ---------- , MLS, LoopNet, PropStream, or similar real estate platforms.
* Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (sorting, filtering, organizing data efficiently).
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good written communication for reporting and organizing data.
* Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workstation.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Skills):

* Experience with real estate investment research (wholesaling, fix & flip, buy & hold).
* Basic skip tracing skills to find owner details.
* Experience using real estate CRMs (Podio, REI BlackBook, etc.).
