What You'll Be Doing:
- Scheduling and posting content across multiple platforms
- Writing engaging, platform-specific captions that convert
- Creating short-form video clips, reels, and branded visuals
- Researching trends and adapting strategy to stay ahead
- Monitoring performance and making data-driven adjustments to boost engagement
- Interacting with followers and collaborating with creators or partners online
- Driving organic traffic to premium platforms
- Adapting to and capturing the distinct voice, tone, and branding of the personality across every post and platform
- Organizing, renaming, and uploading photo/video content
- Taking initiative and being resourceful, able to move projects forward independently without needing constant input
- Assisting with miscellaneous behind-the-scenes tasks that support team operations and keep content flowing smoothly
- Taking initiative to handle ad-hoc tasks that help keep projects on track and well organized
- Ensuring all content complies with platform guidelines

What We're Looking For:
- Solid, hands-on experience in digital marketing & content creation (no shortcuts or fluff)
- Confident writing, editing, and visual creation skills backed by real results
- Deep understanding of how social media platforms actually work, not just theory or AI-generated ideas
- Strong sense of platform tone, trends, and engagement tactics
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- A proactive problem-solver who can find solutions and keep things moving
- Reliable communication and time management in a remote environment
- Working computer/laptop and fast, stable internet connection (non-negotiable)
