Expert YouTube Video Editor & Channel Manager – (Full-Time, Long-Term)

I’m looking for a high-level YouTube video editor & channel manager to work directly with me on two key projects:

1. Managing & optimizing an established YouTube channel – Finalizing edited videos by adding the perfect music, sound design, and handling uploads, SEO, and performance tracking.
2. Working on a new, cinematic self-help YouTube project – Editing high-quality, viral-worthy, high-retention self-improvement videos using movie clips, storytelling, and engaging motion graphics.

This is a long-term, full-time role with huge growth opportunities for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Finalizing videos for the existing channel – Adding the perfect music & final touches before publishing.
Editing new cinematic self-help videos – Fast-paced, high-quality storytelling using movie clips & motion graphics.
Managing YouTube uploads – Writing compelling descriptions, optimizing SEO, and scheduling content.
Tracking video performance – Monitoring audience retention, engagement, and making strategic improvements.
Organizing & maintaining a content calendar – Ensuring a smooth, consistent upload schedule.
Suggesting creative ideas – Helping improve the content strategy for higher engagement & growth.
Staying updated on YouTube trends – Understanding retention tactics, pacing, and algorithm changes.

Fast-paced & high-energy editing style – No slow, boring parts—only compelling, emotionally-driven storytelling.
Deep understanding of YouTube SEO & growth strategies – You know how to rank videos and maximize watch time.
Fluent in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Great at sourcing & selecting music that enhances emotional impact.
Organized & reliable – Can manage multiple projects efficiently.
