Billing Revenue Recovery Specialist - Job Description
Job Summary:
La Lueur Health and Wellness seeks an experienced Billing Revenue Recovery Specialist to manage claim submissions, minimize denials, and recover lost revenue using Kareo/Tebra EMR Practice Management. This role ensures accurate billing, timely payments, and improved cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Claim Management: Submit, track, and follow up on claims using Kareo/Tebra.
Denial & Appeals Handling: Identify, correct, and resubmit denied claims to maximize reimbursement.
Revenue Recovery: Identify missing claims and recover lost payments from insurance payers and patients.
Insurance Verification & Compliance: Ensure accurate coding and compliance with payer policies.
Billing Automation: Optimize Tebra’s automation features to reduce manual billing errors.
Reporting: Generate weekly revenue cycle reports to track performance and identify trends.
Requirements:

Proficiency in Kareo/Tebra EMR Practice Management (required).
Experience in medical billing, coding, and revenue recovery.
Strong knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes.
Ability to work independently and resolve billing issues efficiently.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
