Real Estate Operation Manager

We’re a fast-growing real estate team in Regina looking for a high-level VA Manager to oversee operations, lead the team, and keep our systems running at peak performance.

This role is perfect for someone who is experienced, organized, marketing-savvy, and confident managing people.

? What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience:
• Real estate operations (admin/TC/ISA roles)
• Transaction Coordinator work (contract to close)
• Inbound & Outbound calling (lead nurturing + follow-up)
• Team management/leadership
• Marketing & social media management (branding, content, campaigns)

? Key Responsibilities
• Lead, support, and manage the VA + sales/ops team
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflows
• Monitor KPIs and optimize systems for efficiency
• Work closely with agents, ISA, and TC for seamless transactions
• Support and execute marketing strategies + social media initiatives
• Handle escalations and ensure high-level client service
