We’re an expanding marketing agency looking to bring on a detail-oriented, hard-working, and efficient Virtual Assistant to help with lead sourcing tasks. If you're reliable and can deliver high-quality leads, this can turn into a long-term position with plenty of opportunities to grow!

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Daily adding leads to a Google Spreadsheet
? Finding Instagram & YouTube coaches that fit our criteria
? Scraping and verifying high-quality emails (no duplicates or invalids)
? Searching for leads using Instagram, YouTube, and email scraping tools

Required Skills & Experience:
???? Excellent English (written & spoken) – you’ll be handling important lead data
???? Experience with Google Sheets (basic formulas, organizing data, etc.)
???? Knowledge of lead sourcing & email scraping software
???? Ability to find verified business emails
???? Familiarity with Instagram lead sourcing (finding & qualifying prospects)
???? Ability to search for YouTube coaches that match our criteria

Training Provided:
???? You’ll receive clear step-by-step training on what to look for and example profiles to follow.

Technical Requirements:
???? A fast, reliable computer (Windows or Mac)
???? Stable internet connection (for efficient work)
