Technical Support Staff

We are preparing to launch a new SaaS product this month and we need additional support staff to be on hand to deal with questions on the AppSumo launch. No specific technical abilities are required; we have comprehensive FAQs and most of the questions will be straightforward copy and paste from our documentation. The roles will start on a casual basis with quite a few hours available as we go through the launch process and have the opportunity to move into full-time roles in our support department beyond that. Expected start date will be in the last week of March, possibly sooner.
