Job Title: Remote Sales Calling Agent (Commission + Bonus Structure)

What We Offer
Base Salary: PHP 20,000–40,000/month (based on experience).
Commission Structure:
One-Time Commission: Earn 10–15% of the $290 client onboarding fee for every closed sale.
Tier Upgrades: Additional 10-15% commission on upsells (e.g., $499 or $2,000 plans).

Your Role
Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and close sales.
Educate prospects on our services and guide them through onboarding.
Track and update customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and meet targets.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
Has 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
Speaks fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Is self-motivated, resilient, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Can work independently and adapt to a fast-paced remote setup.
Basic tech skills (Go High Level CRM tools, Google Docs/Spreadsheets, etc.).
