Go High Level Expert

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert to professionally set up, integrate, and optimize our CRM, automations, and communication systems for Clensy Cleaning. You’ll be working with ---------- (a GoHighLevel white label) and integrating it with BookingKoala (our cleaning service booking system) and OpenPhone (our business phone system).
The ideal candidate has strong experience in GHL, automation workflows, integrations, and funnel building, with a focus on optimizing customer follow-ups via SMS & email, appointment scheduling, and CRM efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
? Set up & Optimize ---------- (GoHighLevel CRM) Integration
• Seamlessly integrate BookingKoala with CleanCore to sync leads, bookings, and client data.
• Connect OpenPhone with CleanCore for call & text tracking within the CRM.
• Automate lead nurturing and follow-ups via SMS, email, and Voicemail Drops.
? Build & Optimize Automations
• Design automated customer follow-ups (e.g., new inquiries, booking confirmations, no-show reminders, post-service follow-ups).
• Set up funnels, email campaigns, and SMS sequences for client engagement and reactivations.
• Automate quote requests & appointment scheduling.
? Fix & Optimize Integrations
• Ensure all data flows correctly between CleanCore, BookingKoala, and OpenPhone.
• Create custom automations & triggers to reduce manual work.
• Troubleshoot & resolve any integration issues.
? Funnel & Marketing Automation
• Set up landing pages, lead forms, and sales funnels for new client acquisition.
• Optimize email/SMS marketing automation to convert more leads into paying clients.
• Implement AI-driven personalization in follow-ups to improve engagement rates.
Requirements:
? Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) – ideally with CleanCore or other white-label versions.
? Strong knowledge of BookingKoala & OpenPhone integrations.
? Experience with automation workflows (Zapier, Webhooks, or API connections).
? Expertise in SMS/email automation, pipeline management, and lead nurturing.
? Ability to build & optimize sales funnels, appointment scheduling, and follow-up campaigns.
? Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
? Experience in the cleaning service industry or similar service-based businesses.
? Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and retargeting automations.
? Strong understanding of email deliverability & cold outreach best practices.
