JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are a dynamic small business specializing in business coaching and digital products (e.g., 1:1 business coaching, online courses, and subscriptions), and we are looking for a motivated Direct Messages Setter to join our growing team. This role requires someone personable, persuasive, and passionate about sales, with a strong ability to connect with potential customers through direct messaging (DM). As a DM Setter, you will help close sales of our digital products, memberships, and 1:1 business coaching, and play a key role in setting qualified appointments with our closers.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential customers via social media DMs (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Identify customer needs and match them to relevant digital product offerings.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
• Sell digital products directly to qualified leads and manage small sales opportunities through DMs. (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Set appointments with closers for high-ticket product inquiries or leads requiring a more in-depth consultation.
• Track all interactions with leads in our CRM to maintain a detailed and up-to-date record of communication and sales progress.
• Handle objections and answer any questions about the digital products to build trust and rapport with potential customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales and appointment-setting targets as set by the management team.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in DM sales, customer service, or appointment setting (experience in digital products preferred).
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to personalize messages and build rapport quickly.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and secure appointments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations at once.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and messaging tools.
• Basic understanding of digital products and the ability to explain their value to potential customers.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Experience using a CRM tool (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus but not required.
