RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies that align with client goals and industry trends.
Viral Content Engineering: Design engaging graphics, write compelling copy, and create short-form videos for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
Paid Acquisition: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Community Cultivation: Actively engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster strong brand relationships.
Performance Analysis: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

Algorithm Mastery: Stay up-to-date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Tool Management: Utilize platforms like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later to streamline posting and performance tracking.

YOUR TECH STACK
To win in this role, you must be a master of these tools:
Management Tools: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later.
Design & Video: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Photoshop.

YOU’RE A FIT IF YOU…
Have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for US-based B2B or E-commerce brands.
You have a portfolio that proves you can create high-engagement content (Reels/Carousels).
Possess a deep understanding of hooks, storytelling, and call-to-actions (CTAs).
Are comfortable running paid social campaigns and optimizing for conversions.
Are an exceptional problem solver with extreme attention to detail (no typos, ever).
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
You take full ownership of your work and you make sure things get done on time and done well.
You enjoy bringing structure to messy situations and organizing content assets brings you satisfaction.
