Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Manager to oversee our entire content creation process, ensuring our AI-driven workflows produce high-quality, engaging, and effective content.
You will be taking assets and information from our clients, and using our OrcaruAI + other AI/LLM’s to turn it into high quality blog posts and social media content.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Content Workflow – Oversee the end-to-end content production pipeline, from AI-assisted drafting, to human editing, and final publishing/handing off to the client.
Oversee AI-Generated Content – Guide the AI-human hybrid workflow, ensuring AI-assisted drafts are refined for brand voice, clarity, and authenticity.
Optimize for SEO & Performance – Ensure all content is SEO-optimized using tools like SurferSEO and Wincher
Manage the Content Team – support our writers/editors by creating initial content for them and then reviewing content and giving feedback/edits in timely manner
Ensure Client Satisfaction – Work with Operations Manager to ensure we have all customer information necessary to create high quality content and that content is delivered in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Previous experience as a writer/editor and/or content manager
Hands on experience/familiarity with Google Suite, Asana, Wordpress, SurferSEO, and Quillbot/Grammarly
Basic technical knowledge of blog publishing
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Familiarity with social media
Excellent writing skills in English
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills

Monitor spending across departments and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure the organization’s AI solutions meet relevant regulatory and data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Implement best practices in security, data handling, and ethical AI usage.
Vendor & Partnership Management:
Evaluate, select, and manage third-party vendors for services such as cloud infrastructure, data labeling, and software tools.
Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to optimize costs and quality.
People Operations (if applicable):
Collaborate with HR to drive recruitment, onboarding, and professional development strategies.
Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes transparency, collaboration, and innovation.
Performance Reporting & Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report operational KPIs to stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Operations, Engineering, or similar field). MBA or relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles—ideally in a startup or tech environment.
Technical & AI Knowledge:
Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts, data privacy regulations, and cloud infrastructure services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
Project Management Skills:
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies is a plus.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities:
Highly proficient with spreadsheets, operational analytics tools, or BI dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Comfortable analyzing data to drive decision-making.
Communication & Leadership:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at sharing insights with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
Adaptability & Collaboration:
