About the Role

As a Web Developer / Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional websites. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement both front-end and back-end solutions that deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

Core Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain websites using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
-Design user interfaces focused on UX/UI principles for a seamless, intuitive user experience.
-Integrate Formidable Forms with Stripe to enable secure payment processing and form submissions.
-Work with hosting platforms like Cloudways and GoDaddy to manage and deploy websites.
-Create custom web components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance functionality.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, other developers) to build web applications that meet business requirements.
-Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
-Maintain cross-browser compatibility and ensure mobile responsiveness.
-Ensure websites adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends in web development and design.
-Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
-Ensure security and data protection best practices are implemented.

Core Requirements:
-Experience with Formidable Forms and Stripe payment integration.
-Experience with Cloudways hosting
-Experience with GoDaddy hosting.
-Proficiency in Elementor.
-Expertise in custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom component development.
-Well-versed in responsive web design.

Nice to Have:
-Experience with C++ and Java programming languages.
-In-depth understanding of SEO best practices to improve website performance and enhance search engine rankings.
-At least 6 months of hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a strong grasp of remote work dynamics and the ability to seamlessly integrate into digital workflows, ensuring smooth collaboration and productivity in a virtual environment.

Technical Requirements (Device):
- Laptop/Computer (at least 16GB RAM).
- Headset (preferably with a noise-canceling microphone).
- Fast/Stable Internet Connection (at least 50 Mbps).
- Available to work long-term within U.S. business hours.
