Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Editor with a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and editing techniques tailored for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and podcasts.

This role requires someone who can edit and optimize content for maximum engagement, meet deadlines consistently, and adapt to feedback quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and optimize short-form and long-form content for social media, ensuring it aligns with platform trends and engagement strategies.

2. Create engaging social media content, including video clips, reels, shorts, carousels, and podcast snippets.
3. Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

4. Stay updated on platform algorithms, content trends, and audience behaviors to maximize reach and engagement.

5. Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop content strategies.

6. Manage content workflows, ensuring all deadlines are met.

7. Coachable and open to feedback, constantly improving editing techniques and content quality.

8. Organize and archive content, making it easily accessible for future repurposing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

2. Expert-level editing skills for social media, including

3. Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).

4. Audio editing (for podcasts and social clips).

6. Graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar).

7. Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies and platform-specific content styles.

8. Ability to repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, etc.) into high-impact short-form clips.

9. Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies in editing, visuals, and messaging.

10. Highly organized and deadline-driven.

11. Ability to analyze content performance and suggest improvements.

12. Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required)
Experience with AI-powered content tools (e.g., Descript, ChatGPT for captions).

13. Understanding of SEO for YouTube and LinkedIn.

14. Experience in copywriting for captions, headlines, and hooks.
