Packing Pigeon ( ---------- ) is a custom packaging manufacturing company specializing in stand-up pouches and flexible packaging solutions. We work closely with businesses to provide high-quality, customizable packaging with low minimum order quantities and fast turnaround times. Our mission is to help brands create eye-catching and functional packaging that protects their products while standing out on shelves.

Job Responsibilities

Graphic Design (50%)
• Take customer artwork and apply it to dieline proofs for approval.
• Create dielines for custom packaging as needed.
• Make minor design adjustments to customer artwork when required.
• Reposition artwork to ensure proper alignment on dielines.
• Save and organize final files into our shared server.
• Use Slack to communicate with our internal team.

Virtual Assistant Tasks (50%)
• Send emails to customers and suppliers.
• Update website content (no coding skills required).
• Edit product photos for listings and marketing materials.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
• Must be available to work Eastern Time (ET) hours from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Comfortable with video meetings and daily communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Reliable and punctual with exceptional attendance.
• Must be team-oriented and able to work well with others.
• Eager to learn and open to taking on new tasks.

Compensation & Benefits
