Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing lead generation campaigns for franchisor clients. You’ll create custom ad strategies, qualify leads, and ensure a steady flow of high-quality booked appointments for franchise sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
? Custom Ad Strategy & Setup: Design and execute targeted advertising campaigns for each franchisor client.
? Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Implement automated workflows, emails, and SMS sequences to engage and qualify prospects.
? Appointment Booking: Directly schedule qualified leads onto clients’ calendars for franchise sales presentations.
? CRM & Workflow Integration: Ensure seamless lead tracking, email reminders, and follow-ups through CRM automation.
? Ongoing Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyze performance data, test strategies, and refine campaigns for better conversion rates.
? Account Support & Reporting: Provide ongoing campaign management, reporting, and strategy recommendations for improvement.


Who You Are
? A digital marketing and lead generation expert with experience in franchise recruitment or B2B appointment setting.
? Skilled in ad creation, copywriting, and targeting strategies for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other platforms.
? Proficient in CRM systems, automated workflows, and lead nurturing strategies.
? Experienced in data analysis and performance optimization to improve conversion rates.
? Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
