JOB OVERVIEW

I am needing someone who is good with using Lightroom and knows basic photo editing (Doesn't need to do much, we need more of quality control for photos). I need someone who can send off media to our clients every morning Tuesday - Saturday. And also be able to work part time on Monday.

They need to be able to Relay edits to our editors, communicate with clients about edits and media.
Help us organize tasks and projects on the platform Monday.
You need to have a strong internet connection as we are sending large file sizes over and we can't have it taking extra long due to bad internet. I need someone who is proficient in English and is a go getter type person.

I have had 2 Virtual assistants previously that were not very thorough or good at what we gave them to do. I need someone who can manage themselves and truly help our company grow. We are a luxury real estate media company, so with that being said I need someone who can really perform well with us and continue to help us implement systems that will help our business grow.

I have had the same Photo editors for 7 years, so once I find someone I like and can trust, I stick with them and reward them well.

Needs:
- Good with Lightroom
- Great internet speed
- Good English and Communication
- Is thorough and works hard
- Is open to a long term position with us (Several Years)
