Virtual Assistant for Amazon Book Reviews – Pubby. co

We’re hiring 4 Virtual Assistants to manage book review gathering on Pubby. The VA will be responsible for earning credits/snaps, posting books, and gathering Amazon reviews.

This is a long-term role with clear processes and expectations.

???? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Pubby platform.
- Use your own Amazon.com account (U.S.-based) to leave reviews when required.
- Follow Amazon’s Terms of Service strictly to keep your account in good standing.
- Earn snaps/coins/credits on the platform by reviewing other books.
- Post new books and gather reviews as assigned.
- Encourage photo/video reviews where possible (we’ll provide you with a copy-paste message).
- Report progress weekly (number of reviews gathered, snaps earned, etc.).

? Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection.
- Personal Amazon.com account (U.S.-based) that meets the following:
--> Has at least $50 in purchases within the last 12 months (required for eligibility to leave reviews).
-->Preference for accounts that have been active and have left reviews in the past.
--> If you don’t have an eligible Amazon.com account yet, we can help you set one up, but preference will go to applicants who already have one ready.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to follow Amazon’s Terms of Service strictly.
- Experience with book review platforms is a plus but not required.

???? Compensation:
- Paid per hour

???? Time Commitment:
- Part-time, flexible hours.
- Expected to leave 20+ reviews per month on Pubby. It could be more or less, but this is the target.
- Time commitment may vary, but it should only take about half an hour of work per review. Expect about 2.5-3 hours a week of work.
