We are hiring a high-level video editor for luxury real estate content.
You must already be experienced with modern real estate editing styles, including AI-enhanced workflows (Higgsfield AI) and current social media trends. This role is for someone who can jump in immediately, no training will be provided.
Editors must work in Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Please do not apply if you use other editing platforms.
All of our footage is shot on Sony cameras in S-Log3, so strong color grading skills are essential. You must be comfortable working with log footage and producing clean, natural, luxury-level color.
We are a fast-growing real estate media company producing a high volume of content each week. We need an editor who is fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within a structured workflow.
Typical weekly workload:
• 6–10 cinematic feature property videos (0:60 – 2:00 cinematic horizontal edits and 0:60 vertical reels)
• 15–25 one-take walkthrough reels (0:30), most include agents speaking on camera with text overlays
A typical 8-hour shift can complete:
• 3–4 walkthrough reels, or
• 1 full feature video
There should be very minimal back-and-forth revisions. Extreme attention to detail is non-negotiable.
You will work closely with our Operations Coordinator to receive direction and implement any updates when needed.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Highly detail-oriented
• Fast and efficient
• Friendly and easy to work with
• A strong communicator
• Willing to grow long-term with our team
Before applying, please review the editing style of the following accounts. Only apply if you are confident you can match this level of editing immediately.
