Provac Australia ( ---------- ) is a leading provider of utility mapping and hydro vacuum excavation services, working with contractors and companies in the civil and construction industry. We are expanding our team and looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our outbound sales and marketing efforts.
Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Assistant to conduct outbound emails and phone calls to industry contractors and companies. This role is crucial in generating leads and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
? Send outbound emails using provided templates.
? Make outbound phone calls using provided scripts.
? Contact professionals including but not limited to:
• Civil engineers
• Surveyors
• Civil construction firms
• Builders
• Plumbers
• Electricians
• Geotechnical engineers
• Fencing contractors
• Concreters, and more.
? Record all outreach activities in a Google Sheet.
? Follow up with potential clients via email and calls.
Ideal Candidate
?? Experience in outbound sales calls or email marketing.
?? Strong communication skills with a confident phone manner.
?? Ability to work independently and meet outreach targets.
?? Knowledge of the civil and construction industry is a plus.
?? Familiarity with Google Sheets and email marketing tools.
?? Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for calls.
