Position Overview
As our Marketing Associate, you will blend traditional marketing responsibilities with robust project management skills. Acting as the liaison between our internal team and external content creators, your primary goal is to ensure that our brand vision is effectively communicated and executed across all creative projects. You’ll manage timelines, monitor progress, and keep everyone focused on delivering high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Project Coordination
Translate our brand vision into clear directives for content creators and partners.
Keep creators on task and monitor project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Manage project timelines from ideation to execution, ensuring quality and consistency.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with the management team to define social media strategies for each brand.
Organize and schedule posts at least two weeks in advance, coordinating with creatives to gather necessary assets.
Content Creator & Partner Management
Source and onboard new content creators through targeted campaigns and platforms.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing creators, providing clear feedback and guidance.
