JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a native Spanish-speaking virtual assistant with strong English reading and writing skills to host and manage our social media livestreams. You will be the face of our brand during live sessions, engaging with potential buyers, answering their questions, and directing them to our website for property inquiries.

Responsibilities:
- Host live social media sessions to promote real estate properties
- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and provide helpful information
- Direct potential buyers to our website for property inquiries
- Maintain an energetic and professional presence on camera
- Assist with basic real estate-related tasks and social media management

Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English reading and writing skills
- Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with an audience live
- Experience in sales, real estate, or social media hosting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of the U.S. real estate market and states is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:
- $1,000 USD commission for each property sold from a client you successfully direct to our website
