We are looking for a part-time Automation Specialist to help us streamline and optimize our business processes through low-code and no-code automation tools.

???? About the Role

As our Automation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:
? Building and optimizing workflows across our tech stack (Airtable, Follow-Up Boss, Make.com, and n8n).
? Automating data transfers, integrations, and triggers between systems to improve efficiency.
? Creating and maintaining documentation for automated processes.
? Troubleshooting and debugging automation issues as they arise.
? Collaborating with our team to understand automation needs and develop solutions.

This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours.

???? Who You Are

?? A problem solver who loves making systems work seamlessly.
?? Experienced in automation and integrations using Airtable, Follow-Up Boss, Make.com, and n8n (non-negotiable).
?? Detail-oriented with a strong ability to troubleshoot and debug automation issues.
?? Proactive & self-motivated, able to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.

???? Requirements

???? Proven experience building automations with Airtable, Follow-Up Boss, Make.com, and n8n.
???? Ability to design, test, and deploy no-code/low-code workflows efficiently.
???? Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data automation best practices.
???? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
???? Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a team remotely.

???? Nice-to-Have (but not required)

? Experience with Zapier and other automation tools.
? Familiarity with basic scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar) to extend automation capabilities.
? Understanding of real estate industry workflows (if applicable).
