Website developer, Social media manager and Blog Writer

I am looking for someone who is versed in web development (primarily with WordPress) and can modify templates to suit my interests via PHP.

I would be requesting the development of basic to intermediate websites with social media linkages (Facebook box, twitter feed, etc.) as well as landing pages with proper subscription and sales funnel abilities. These sites would need to be maintained to ensure they are always updated to the latest plugins, down as little as possible and have any updated changes that are required by me. The sites would also need to be superb with SEO.

I would require this in the realm of social media management. I would need great looking Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube accounts/pages created and maintained with current and relevant information that seeks the engagement of visitors and make them permanent subscribers.

Finally, I would also require this person to have the ability to research and make blog posts at least twice a month and at most once a week for my websites. You will be assisting me in this regard as I will be blogging as well. The blogs must be related to whatever the subject material of the site is, and the primary tasks of the blogging are to increase engagement, subscribers and improve SEO.
