FULL TIME Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

We are a fast-growing ecommerce brand in the beauty market, looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. We need someone experienced with Shopify and capable of managing our daily ecommerce operations, from customer inquiries to logistics and social media content creation.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
1) Manage all aspects of Shopify: update customer data, modify orders, issue refunds, and track sales.
2) Handle customer service via email, Facebook, and Instagram, responding to inquiries and comments.
3) Oversee logistics: track shipments, coordinate with suppliers, and resolve shipping issues.
4) Create high-quality social media content using Canva or Photoshop.
5) Use Excel/Google Sheets to manage data, generate reports, and analyze business performance.
6) Communicate with creators and influencers to obtain content and videos for marketing purposes.
7) Strong communication, organization, and professionalism, with a proactive mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
