IT Specialist

I am looking for an IT expert that is professional in making a Database System. I am planning to have a railway reservation database system that contains the ff. You can use any programming language to connect to the database but only use oracle 11g for database. The system should have a database that can store, update, delete and query records. There should be at least 6 tables in the database with at least 6 rows per table and they should be created based on the schema (ERD/EERD) that you did on the document. It should contain GUI that is appropriate for the system. I also need a copy of ERD.
