Virtual Assistant for Customer Support and Administrative Tasks

Transform You Fitness is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers by handling email support, processing program access requests, and performing basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
? Look up customer orders in SamCart to verify purchases and provide access.
? Manage customer access to fitness programs on WordPress (creating accounts, troubleshooting login issues).
? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
? Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve recurring customer issues.

Requirements:
? Strong written communication skills in English.
? Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, etc.) or willingness to learn.
? Basic knowledge of WordPress Is Required
? Ability to navigate SamCart (easy to learn, training provided).
? Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
? Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
? Availability for 3-5 hours per day during specified times (to be discussed).

Preferred Qualifications:
? Previous experience in customer support or virtual assistant roles.
? Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools.
? Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
