We create high-quality, engaging content that attracts followers and converts views into clients. As we scale, we need an Operations Manager to keep everything running smoothly, manage the team, and ensure client results.

What We’re Looking For
We need a high-performance operator who:
? Can manage daily agency operations—editors, setters, outreach, client workflows
? Keeps projects on time & on track (no missed deadlines, no excuses)
? Can hire, train, and hold team members accountable
? Knows Notion, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, or similar to track performance & automate tasks
? Can solve problems fast—clients, deadlines, or tech issues, you handle it
? Has experience in marketing & content creation

This is not a VA role. We need a proactive leader who takes initiative and keeps the agency running without constant micromanagement.

???? Qualifications (Read Before Applying)
? 3+ years experience managing a team in marketing, content, or social media
? Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or other PM tools
? Fluent English (Perfect or Conversational ONLY)
? Must be available 8+ hours per day
? Experience with video editing teams & managing creative workflows
? Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
