About Us:
We are a growing health insurance agency looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate is fluent in English (spoken and written), highly organized, and experienced in customer service or administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
? Assist clients with policy information, claims, and general support
? Schedule appointments and manage calendars
? Process documents and perform data entry with accuracy
? Follow up with clients and maintain customer records
? Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
? Fluent in English (written and spoken) – Strong communication skills required
? Experience in customer service and administrative tasks
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills
? Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus
