Safe Roots Ventures, a leading real estate investment firm based in Denver, CO, is seeking a highly motivated Disposition Specialist to join our remote team. This role is essential in expanding our network of real estate investors and investment companies, driving growth in property acquisitions and sales.
Responsibilities
As a Disposition Specialist, you will:
? Identify and engage with potential real estate investors and investment companies, adding 7-10 new interested parties to our network daily.
? Assist the Disposition Manager in managing investor communications, ensuring timely and effective responses regarding available properties.
? Utilize data management tools to maintain investor databases and streamline communication processes.
? Provide operational support to the Disposition Manager, helping to manage workload and facilitate smooth deal progression.

Compensation & Benefits
???? $6 USD per hour (paid bi-weekly)
