Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help us source high-quality leads daily. This role is critical to our mission of connecting with health coaches, life coaches, and transformational practitioners who need our services.
This position starts as full-time for the first month, then transitions to part-time (4 hours per day). If you are already highly skilled in lead generation and scraping tools, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
* Use advanced scraping tools and strategies to generate targeted leads for health coaches and life coaches.
* Verify email addresses and ensure lead accuracy before submission.
* Organize and maintain lead lists for outreach campaigns.
* Collaborate with our team to refine lead criteria and optimize results.
* Provide daily progress updates and reports.

Requirements
* Proven experience in lead generation and data scraping (minimum 1 year).
* Proficiency in scraping tools and software (please list the tools you use).
* Experience verifying lead accuracy, including email validation.
* Strong organizational and communication skills (fluent English required).
* Go-getter mentality – we need someone confident, proactive, and results-driven.
* Ability to work independently while meeting daily targets.
* References required – provide at least three references from previous roles.
