Greetings from Indeed Travels, as a startup company we are looking for professionals who can challenge themselves and be part of building a startup.
For the first 2 to 4 months the lucky candidate will be responsible to Conduct a specific research.

Client Consultation and Relationship Management:

Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and desires.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized and proactive service.
Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert recommendations and insights on luxury travel destinations and experiences.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Itinerary Design and Execution:

Create bespoke travel itineraries that cater to the unique needs and preferences of luxury clients.
Source and book luxury accommodations, private transportation, exclusive experiences, and fine dining reservations.
Negotiate favorable rates and secure exclusive access for clients.
Ensure all travel arrangements are executed flawlessly, with meticulous attention to detail.
Proactively anticipate client needs and provide solutions.

Supplier Relations and Partnerships:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel suppliers, including hotels, resorts, tour operators, and private aviation companies.
Identify and cultivate new partnerships to enhance the company's offerings and provide clients with exclusive access.
Stay up-to-date on the latest luxury travel trends and offerings.


Sales and Business Development:

Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional service and creating compelling travel itineraries.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury travel market.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationships.
Administrative and Operational Support:
Manage client files and maintain accurate records of travel arrangements.
Process payments and ensure all travel documentation is accurate and complete.
Stay informed about travel regulations and visa requirements.
Utilize CRM tools effectively.
