Social Media Manager / Creator

About the Role:
(Must own iPad to be considered)
We’re looking for a talented content creator with a passion for digital planning, journaling, and social media growth. Your role will be to create, post, and manage content for a series of non-branded social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) that showcase digital planning and journaling— using the Zinnia app. The goal is to grow these accounts into influential platforms similar to those we currently collaborate with.
This is a fully remote, contract-based role with opportunities for ongoing work based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Develop engaging, high-quality video content demonstrating digital planning and journaling techniques.
Manage and grow themed accounts around digital planning niches (e.g., cozy journaling, everyday planning, scrapbooking, gardening).
Post consistently across platforms and optimize content for engagement and growth.
Experiment with content styles, trends, and strategies to maximize reach.
Interact with followers and engage with the community to build an organic audience.
Analyze metrics and adjust content strategy to optimize performance.
Requirements:
Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
Strong design and aesthetic sense—experience with digital journaling/planning is a plus.
Proficiency in using an iPad for content creation.
Preferred candidates already own an iPad and Apple Pencil
Familiarity with digital planning tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic video editing skills for creating engaging reels, TikToks, and YouTube shorts.
Strong understanding of social media growth strategies.
