Job Overview:
We seek a long-term, full-time Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle repetitive administrative tasks such as tracking finances, preparing quotes and job reports, managing invoices, organizing our Google Drive, and maintaining job files. While prior experience is beneficial, we will provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in your role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and manage financial data and invoices.
- Prepare and update quotes and job reports.
- Organize and maintain files on Google Drive.
- Manage job files and documentation.
- Provide timely support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

- High level of English proficiency (spoken and written). (Mandatory)
- Experience using Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs. (Mandatory)
- Experience Using Email. (Mandatory)
- Experience Using Facebook and Instagram. (Mandatory)
- Experience Using Quick Books (Not Mandatory)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. (Mandatory)
- Reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy. (Mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges. (Mandatory)
