Job Overview
Lavish Cars Rental Dubai is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Car Rental Bookings Specialist to manage client inquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Inquiry Management
Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, live chat, and email.
Provide professional, prompt, and informative responses to all potential clients.

Sales & Booking Conversion
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings by offering tailored rental solutions.
Upsell additional services such as insurance, chauffeur services, and premium vehicle upgrades.

Vendor & Fleet Coordination
Liaise with B2B vendors to arrange vehicles for client requests when required.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure vehicle availability at competitive rates.

Payment Processing & Documentation
Collect and process secure online payments through authorized payment gateways.
Ensure accurate documentation and verification for all bookings.

Logistics & Delivery Management
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely vehicle delivery for all confirmed bookings.
Monitor dispatch schedules and communicate with drivers to prevent delays.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention
Ensure a smooth rental experience by addressing client concerns professionally.
Follow up with customers post-rental to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly booking targets (minimum 5 weekly bookings and 20 monthly bookings).
Maintain a response time SLA of 3 minutes for client inquiries.
Ensure 100% on-time vehicle delivery for all confirmed bookings.

Incentives & Performance Bonuses
Additional incentives for every confirmed booking beyond the target quota.
PHP 500 to 1,000 per confirmed booking after meeting monthly targets.
Weekly and monthly performance bonuses based on sales achievements.

Work Schedule
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (local time)
Workdays: Monday to Saturday

Qualifications & Skills
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the car rental industry is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and online booking platforms is a plus.
