Job Description:
We are seeking a Video Editor who excels at crafting visually compelling content for social media. You should have a strong eye for storytelling and pacing to create reels, short-form videos, and long-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

While video editing is the primary focus of this role, you should also have a solid understanding of how social media works, including trends, engagement strategies, and platform algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality, engaging video content for social media platforms.
- Ensure videos are optimized for each platform’s format, style, and audience engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into video content.
- Work closely with the author and social media manager to bring creative concepts to life.
- Maintain a consistent style and branding across all content.
- Participate in daily virtual meetings and report on progress.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Ability to edit videos efficiently while maintaining high production quality.
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Must be honest, reliable, and consistent in meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of color grading to enhance video quality and storytelling.


Additional Information:
- This position requires time tracking.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed.
- Availability during U.S. hours (EST 9-5, Monday-Friday) is required.
- Daily virtual meetings are mandatory.
