Seeking a qualified expert on designing and launching Facebook Advertising campaigns for our products in our e-commerce stores.

We are an e-commerce company that is currently running two websites. One on Etsy for handmade items, and one via Shopify that we dropship a wide range of HOT selling products. We have a team of product researchers and we want a candidate who can accomplish the following:

Research the niche for the particular product we are selling
Research the keywords in the niche
Find and define Facebook Interest Groups
Launch, track, and scale campaigns based on sales and ROI
Build social media fan pages and grow a following
