JOB OVERVIEW

I run Grow With FBA, an Amazon Private Label coaching program, and I’m looking for a creative and skilled Social Media VA to help me edit short-form videos (TikTok & Instagram Reels), schedule content, and optimize my social media presence.

Responsibilities
• Video Editing for Social Media
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Add captions, transitions, and engaging effects to boost engagement.
• Repurpose content from coaching calls into bite-sized educational clips.
• Ensure content is optimized for virality (trending sounds, hooks, etc.).
• Content Scheduling & Planning
• Plan, schedule, and post content across multiple platforms.
• Track analytics and suggest content improvements.
• Stay updated on trends to maximize engagement.
• Basic AI & Automation for Social Media (Preferred but not required)
• Use AI tools for caption generation and content repurposing.
• Help automate scheduling with tools like Later, Metricool, or Buffer.

Requirements
• Must-Have:
• Experience in video editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement tactics, and trends.
• Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, Buffer, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Nice-to-Have (Huge Plus!):
• Familiarity with AI automation tools for social media.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon FBA or e-commerce marketing.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• SEO knowledge for hashtags, keywords, and video descriptions.
